In Pinson, Tennessee the Funny Farm Rescue Ranch works to save abused, abandoned and unwanted dogs. For over 14 years they have placed these dogs in new homes as well as provided education programs around spay/neutering pets. “It is extremely important that we are able to get funds raised to build kennels to help dogs in need. Municipal resources are stretched beyond capacity and animals are dying without our help. With these kennels we will be able to save more lives. These dogs didn’t ask to be born. The least we can do is care for them properly until we find them forever homes,” said Jennifer McBride, president of Funny Farm Rescue Ranch.

With the $5,000 or more they hope to raise they will finish building a kennel that will allow them to save more dogs. The funds will go towards building materials such as lumber, HVAC, plumbing, appliances, cabinets and counters. The additional space will also allow them to provide more educational programs.
